Our biggest need is additional monthly donors to sustain our team.
We now have 14 people on our payroll. The growth has been so fast and steady, that we are in real need of more support to steward the moment and keep the whole team in tact. The doors are open, the work is fruitful, the team is strong. We just need support to keep it going.

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST NEED?
Currently our greatest need is funding for our staff. We have three skilled professionals: Organizational Development Director, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Accountant, Communications Assistant, and other support staff. This Tanzanian team will allow us to walk through the many open doors for ministry and projects. Our current greatest need is donors who want to help us establish a solid financial base to sustain this team.
WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT EDUCATION NEEDS?
We have supported four Tanzanian students to complete university studies in the USA and abroad. They have added tremendous value to our ministry and projects. Additional investors will help us empower more bi-vocational Christian leaders, which in turn expands our reach. To sponsor a new student, it is $11,000 per year or $916 per month.
WHAT ARE YOUR PROJECT NEEDS?
We are currently engaged in safe water purifier installations at all 19 schools in the Sonjo tribe where we have been ministering for over 10 years. One installation is around $7,000. We have installed 9 units and we have 10 to go. We would like to partner with schools, churches, clubs, families, or any group to sponsor a site.
Our Community Health Workers program needs $7,000 to help us launch the program in a new area. This program has an extremely high return on investment. We want to start this program in the Datooga tribe.

Yes, I receive 100% of the funds donated. There is no overhead percentage taken out.
